Most people go back to work the same afternoon. Leave strong acids and retinoids alone for two days afterwards.
When this is the wrong treatment
Sagging and loss of jawline
No facial lifts. That is a HIFU or radiofrequency conversation.
Cystic acne
Deep painful breakouts need a dermatologist and usually medication before any facial.
Melasma
Facials do not reach it and heat-based steps can make it worse. It has its own protocol.
