Pico Laser in Pasig: Prices and What to Ask Before You Book

Most people arrive at this one having already tried creams for a year. That is the usual sequence, and it is why the first thing worth establishing is what kind of pigment you have, because creams fail for different reasons depending on the answer.
A picosecond laser breaks pigment with pressure rather than heat, which matters here more than anywhere: heat is what provokes darker skin into making more pigment rather than less.
Sun spots answer quickly. Melasma is a different condition with its own rules and its own protocol, and we do not run it at this branch.
What a session is like
The consultation looks at your pigment in good light and asks when it appeared and what you have already used on it.
The session is a series of clicks and small flicks of warmth. Faint pinkness for an hour afterwards and no time off work.
Sessions sit three to four weeks apart. The pigment darkens slightly before it lifts, which is normal and worth expecting.
When this is the wrong treatment
Melasma
It is a separate condition, it is provoked by heat, and it has its own protocol. This branch does not run it, so we will point you to the branch that does rather than treat you with the wrong plan.
A fresh tan or sunburn
Recently tanned skin holds more pigment everywhere, which changes what the laser targets. We reschedule.
An event in a fortnight
Pigment clears over weeks and can darken briefly first. For a date that close the answer is makeup.
What it costs in Pasig, 2026
Introductory rates run through most of the year, so ask for today's rate rather than the list figure.
Around Metro Manila pico sessions advertise from about ₱1,500. The gap between clinics is the machine and the number of sessions the plan honestly needs.
Five questions to ask any clinic, including us
What kind of pigment do I have?
Sun spots, post-inflammatory marks and melasma look alike to a phone camera and behave nothing alike under a laser. Ask before you pay.
Which machine, and is it genuinely picosecond?
Some systems sold here as picosecond are Q-switched with picosecond marketing. The pulse duration decides how much heat lands on your skin.
What if I get darker after a session?
Ask this before booking. The answer separates a clinic that has treated Filipino skin from one that has treated a brochure.
What am I doing at home?
Sunscreen, reapplied. Without it a course spends its money undoing the last fortnight.
Our prices
| Treatment | Session | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Melasma Treatment (PicoLaser) | 60 min | ₱14,950 |
These are the list prices. We run promotions through most of the year, so call or message for today's rate and for course pricing. The consultation is free either way.
How far it is from where you are
Distances measured from the door, not estimated.
Ortigas Center
Ten minutes across Meralco Avenue, less outside rush hour. Most of our weekday bookings here come from the towers on Julia Vargas and Emerald.
Barangay Ugong and Kapitolyo
Five to ten minutes. Close enough that a course of several visits stays realistic rather than aspirational.
Mandaluyong and Greenfield District
Ten to fifteen minutes over Shaw or through Pioneer.
Eastwood, Libis and Cainta
Fifteen to twenty-five minutes on C5. This is the nearest ICONIQUE for that side of the city, and the reason a Pasig branch exists at all.

Call or message +63 917 634 7449. The consultation is free, and it is where we say whether this is the right treatment for your skin or whether it is not.
For the mechanism in full, how a picosecond pulse works, which wavelength does which job, and which machines on this market are picosecond in name only.
The same treatment at our other branches
If one of these is nearer to you, book there instead. We would rather you had a shorter journey than a booking with us.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much is pico laser in Pasig?
Introductory rates run for most of the year, so ask for today's. Around Metro Manila sessions advertise from about ₱1,500.
Is it safe on morena skin?
With the right wavelength and settings, yes. The 1064nm wavelength is the most forgiving on darker skin, and shorter pulses put less heat in.
How many sessions?
Sun spots often need three to five. Deeper or older pigment takes longer. A single session is a trial, not a course.
Do you treat melasma here?
Not at this branch. It needs a different protocol and gets worse under heat, so we send it to the branch that runs it rather than improvise.
Where exactly is the clinic?
Ground floor, Ayala Malls The 30th, 30 Meralco Avenue, Barangay Ugong, Pasig City. Open every day from ten in the morning until nine at night.
