Eye Bags and Dark Circles in Pasay: What a Clinic Can and Cannot Fix
People come to us at Mall of Asia after a week of night shifts, or after a photo taken under mall lighting made the under-eye look worse than it does in daylight.
Four different problems get called eye bags: fluid that comes and goes, shadow cast by a hollow, brown pigment in thin skin, and fat pads that have pushed forward for good. We treat three of them.
The fourth is a surgeon's job, and we say that at the consultation rather than after six sessions.
Sorting under-eye changes before a Pasay appointment
Take two photographs on the same day
Photograph the under-eye on waking and again before travelling to MOA. Puffiness that changes is more likely to involve fluid; a fixed bulge or hollow needs a different conversation. Showing both images is more useful than describing everything as an eye bag.
Plan around travel and late nights honestly
The Bay Area and airport side of Pasay produce irregular schedules. If poor sleep or a high-salt week is driving the change, the South Entertainment Wing visit can improve skin quality but cannot replace the missing rest. The consultation should say which part is treatable.
What a session is like
The consultation starts with your under-eye in good light and how it behaves through the day. That decides the plan.
Sixty minutes, light therapy, a cool compress at the end. No downtime, and you can put makeup back on.
Between visits the work is sleep, salt and not rubbing, which is where most of the visible change comes from.
When this is the wrong treatment
Herniated fat pads
A bulge that looks identical morning and night sits beyond any machine. That is lower blepharoplasty and we will tell you so.
Active eye allergies
Rubbing undoes the course faster than we can run it. Settle the allergy first.
An event this week
The under-eye responds slowly. For Friday, sleep and concealer beat anything we could book.
What it costs in Pasay, 2026
Our list price is ₱8,900 for sixty minutes, with introductory rates running through most of the year.
Clinics around Metro Manila advertise under-eye sessions from about ₱999. What decides value is whether anyone worked out which category you are in before selling you a course.
Five questions to ask any clinic, including us
Which of the four do I have?
Ask it in those words. An answer that names a package rather than describing your under-eye means nobody looked.
Does mine change through the day?
Photograph yourself on waking and at six in the evening. Fluid moves, fat does not.
What if it is the hollow?
We can improve the skin and not the shadow. A filler is a doctor's decision and we will say so.
What do I change at home?
Sleep, salt, allergies and how hard you rub your eyes. A plan that skips all four is a room booking.
These are the list prices. We run promotions through most of the year, so call or message for today's rate and for course pricing. The consultation is free either way.
How far it is from where you are
Distances measured from the door, not estimated.
Inside the mall
Second floor, South Entertainment Wing. Under-eye work runs over several weeks, so a clinic inside a mall you already visit is the one you actually finish.
Bay Area, Aseana and Macapagal
A few minutes by car from the residential towers along the boulevard.
Pasay proper and Roxas Boulevard
Ten to fifteen minutes depending on Macapagal.
Parañaque and Las Piñas
Twenty minutes or so. Parqal in Parañaque is the nearer ICONIQUE for some of this area and we will say which suits you.
