Sixty minutes, light therapy, a cool compress at the end. No downtime, and you can put makeup back on.
Between visits the work is sleep, salt and not rubbing, which is where most of the visible change comes from.

Herniated fat pads
A bulge that looks identical morning and night sits beyond any machine. That is lower blepharoplasty and we will tell you so.
Active eye allergies
Rubbing undoes the course faster than we can run it. Settle the allergy first.

The under-eye responds slowly. For Friday, sleep and concealer beat anything we could book.

What do I change at home?
Sleep, salt, allergies and how hard you rub your eyes. A plan that skips all four is a room booking.
