HIFU in San Juan 2026: What It Costs and What to Ask Before You Book
HIFU stands for high-intensity focused ultrasound. It delivers heat to a layer several millimetres under the skin, the same layer a surgeon tightens in a facelift, and the injury makes your body build collagen there over the following weeks. Nothing is cut and nothing is injected.
It works on early laxity: a jawline that has lost its edge, cheeks that have started to drop, a neck that has softened. It is not a facelift and it does not remove skin.
We run it on the third floor of Greenhills Shopping Center. Greenhills is not an office district, and the bookings here look different from the Makati branch: more weekday mornings, more mothers between school runs, more people who have been coming to this centre for twenty years and treat it as their high street.
A Greenhills checklist before choosing HIFU
Describe the change you want in one area
Bring the consultation back to the jawline, cheek, neck or brow rather than asking for a general lift. At Greenhills, that makes it possible to decide whether focused ultrasound reaches the layer responsible or whether another option should be discussed.
Compare scope before comparing price
Ask for the device, depths, areas and planned coverage in writing. A short lower-face pass and a full-face session are not equivalent jobs. The third-floor address is convenient for repeat review, but convenience does not replace a specific treatment map.
Bring an older photograph, not a filtered reference
A photograph from before the jawline or cheek changed gives the Greenhills consultation a realistic direction. A celebrity image cannot show your tissue depth or starting structure. The plan should be anchored to your own face and to the areas ultrasound can reach.
What a session is like
The visit starts with an assessment in proper light, because the plan depends on where the laxity actually sits and no photograph over chat will show that.
The therapist maps the face, applies gel and works line by line. You feel heat and a brief deep prickle when the deeper cartridge fires; most clients rate it 2 to 3 out of 10 and occasionally 4 over bone. Ninety minutes is the usual booking here.
You leave slightly pink. Some tightening shows within days, which is swelling as much as lift. The real change arrives between the second and third month and holds for around a year.
When this is the wrong treatment
Skin that is genuinely loose
If skin hangs rather than softens, HIFU tightens what is there and leaves the excess. That is surgery, and we will say so at the consultation rather than take the booking.
An event this week
The lift builds over two to three months. Book it three months before the wedding, not three days.
Pregnancy, breastfeeding, or metal in the treatment area
We do not treat during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Implants, plates or fillers in the area change the plan, so tell us what you have and when it was done.
What it costs in San Juan, 2026
Published prices for HIFU around Metro Manila run from about four thousand pesos to eighty thousand. That is a twenty-fold spread for a treatment sold under one name, and the spread is different treatments wearing the same three letters.
At the top, Ultherapy is the brand carrying US FDA clearance for lifting, and clinics quoting thirty-five thousand and up are usually quoting that. At the bottom, a package advertised at four thousand pesos on social media is a different device, a smaller treated area, or both.
Our list price is ₱15,000 for a full-face session. Not Ultherapy, and we will say so before you ask. We run introductory promotions through most of the year, so ask for today's rate rather than assuming the list.
HIFU energy is delivered in lines across an area, and the areas differ. Two clinics can quote the same figure for the lower face alone and for the full face, and the second is doing far more work. Ask which areas the number covers before you compare it with anyone else's.
Which device, and is it Ultherapy?
Ultherapy is one specific system and it costs what it costs. Ultraformer, Doublo, 7D and 12D systems are different machines at different prices. None of that is dishonest as long as the clinic says which one it is running. Ask for the name of the machine, not the name of the treatment.
Which depths are being treated?
Each cartridge works at a single depth: 4.5mm reaches the deep structural layer, 3.0mm the middle, 1.5mm the surface. A face usually wants more than one. A session run entirely on the shallowest is cheaper to deliver and does less.
Face only, or face and neck?
Half the price gap between quotes is this. The neck takes its own time. Ask which areas the number covers before you compare it with anyone else's number.

Ten to twenty minutes over Ortigas Avenue, depending on the hour. Faster in the morning than in the evening, which is why we hold the earlier slots for people coming from that side.
New Manila and the Quezon City border
Fifteen to twenty-five minutes. This is the nearest ICONIQUE branch for most of southern Quezon City.
Makati
