HIFU in the Philippines costs from about ₱4,000 to ₱105,000 per session in 2026. Promotions on social media sit at ₱4,000 to ₱6,000. A regular clinic charges about ₱10,000 to ₱20,000 for the full face on a 7D, 9D or 12D machine. Ultherapy and other branded devices run from about ₱35,000 to ₱85,000, and the top dermatology chains publish up to ₱105,000 for face and neck.
That is a twenty-fold spread for a treatment sold under one name. The clinics are not simply cheap or greedy. They are selling different devices, different areas of the face and different depths of treatment under the same four letters.

The single biggest reason for the spread. Ultherapy and other branded systems cost clinics far more to buy and run than generic machines, and the price follows. 7D, 9D and 12D are manufacturers' labels, not an industry standard, so a 12D is not a better treatment than a 7D by definition.
Lower face, full face, face and neck, or double chin only. Two quotes with the same number can cover very different areas. Adding the neck usually adds about a quarter to the face price.
HIFU works at several depths below the skin. A session that treats one depth lightly is quicker and cheaper than one that works the deeper layer that does the lifting. This is where most of the gap between a promo and a full session hides.
A trained operator adjusts to the bone and the thinner skin around the jaw and temples. Most complications with HIFU, burns and nerve irritation among them, come from settings and technique rather than from the price.
Clinics in BGC and Makati tend to charge more than those in the suburbs or provinces, mostly because of rent.
A promotion is often a first-session price on a smaller area, a lighter treatment, or both. Before you book, ask three things: which device, which areas the price covers, and what the same session costs at the regular price. If the answers change the picture, compare that number with other clinics instead of the promo.
Our list price is ₱15,000 for a sixty-minute full-face session on a 7D HIFU system. It is not Ultherapy, and we say so before you ask. We run introductory promotions through most of the year, so ask for today's rate.

For mild to moderate sagging in your thirties to fifties, usually yes, especially as yearly maintenance. For heavy sagging it will disappoint, and a surgeon is the better conversation. On a very lean face it can leave the cheeks looking hollow.
The lift builds over two to three months as your own collagen rebuilds, and holds for around a year. Some tightening shows in the first days, though part of that early change is swelling.
One, then a repeat at around twelve months. A package of six HIFU sessions in a row is not how the treatment works.
Price on its own does not decide safety. The operator and the settings do. Ask which device the clinic uses, which areas the price covers, and who performs the treatment. Walk away if nobody can answer.
The number is a manufacturer's label for the machine, usually tied to its cartridges and depths, not a regulated measure. A higher number does not guarantee a better result. The depths treated and the skill of the operator matter more.
