Underarm Whitening in Pasay: What It Costs and What Actually Works
Dark underarms are one of the most common things people ask us about and one of the least discussed out loud. Clients lower their voice for this question in a way they do not for acne or wrinkles.
Hygiene has nothing to do with it. Underarms darken on people who shower twice a day in this climate. Skin makes pigment when it is irritated, and shaving, friction from tight sleeves, deodorant and old ingrown hairs irritate the same patch of skin every week.
We run it at the Mall of Asia branch. The mall keeps longer hours than an office-tower clinic, which is why this is where the after-work and weekend bookings land.
Preparing for underarm treatment at Mall of Asia
Use an event date as a limit, not a sales deadline
If the reason is a wedding, trip or shoot, give the actual date at the consultation. A course cannot be compressed into the final weekend. The honest plan may be to start after the event rather than risk irritation just before it.
Make the routine travel with you
The South Entertainment Wing appointment is one hour of the plan. The rest is gentler hair removal, less rubbing and a deodorant the skin tolerates. Keep those changes consistent between Pasay visits so the result is not being recreated and erased at the same time.
Wear something that does not test the skin afterwards
A loose sleeve is more useful after the session than a tight armhole worn for the rest of a mall day. The point is not cosmetic modesty; it is avoiding immediate friction on recently treated skin while you travel home through Pasay.
What a session is like
The consultation starts with what you use and what you do, not with a price list. Bring the name of your deodorant.
The area is cleansed and cooled, the laser passes over it, and the session finishes with a calming serum. Sixty minutes. The skin may look faintly pink for an hour and there is no time off work.
No shaving for a few days afterwards, and after that a single blade with the grain rather than against it. If shaving is what darkened the area, changing how you remove hair matters more than any product.
When this is the wrong treatment
Skin that is broken
Active ingrown hairs, boils or raw shaved skin get settled first. Working on inflamed skin adds pigment rather than removing it.
An event this weekend
If the wedding is on Saturday, the honest answer is a good deodorant and a sleeve. We will say that instead of taking the booking.
Velvety, thickened skin
If the darkness is thickened to the touch and also appears on the back of the neck, in the groin or under the breasts, that pattern can signal insulin resistance. It needs a physician and no amount of laser treats it. We check for it at the consultation and say so, which costs us a course and is the correct answer.
What it costs in Pasay, 2026
Clinics around Metro Manila publish underarm sessions from about ₱1,895 to ₱3,000 on promotion, and packages of six well above that. Our list price is ₱7,999 for a sixty-minute session, and we run introductory rates through most of the year, so ask for today's.
Value here comes down to how many sessions the plan honestly needs, and whether anyone tells you what to change between them. Compare those two things before you compare prices.
Five questions to ask any clinic, including us
What is causing mine, and will the treatment reach it?
Pigment sitting near the surface answers to gentle exfoliation and brightening actives. Deeper pigment needs a laser. If nobody looks before quoting, nobody knows which you have.
What am I supposed to change between sessions?
No course holds while a razor runs over the area twice a week. If the plan covers only the hour you spend in the room, you are paying for the smaller half of the work.
How many sessions, honestly?
Most people see a change after three sessions and reach most of the available improvement by six. Walk away from anyone who sells one session as a permanent fix.
What will it not fix?
It will not bring your underarms to the colour of your face. It also does nothing for skin that is thickened and velvety rather than only dark, which a doctor needs to look at.
These are the list prices. We run promotions through most of the year, so call or message for today's rate and for course pricing. The consultation is free either way.
How far it is from where you are
Distances measured from the door, not estimated.
Inside the mall
Second floor, South Entertainment Wing. The course is three to six visits, so a clinic you already pass beats one you make a trip for.
Bay Area, Aseana and Macapagal
A few minutes by car, and the nearest clinic doing this to most of the Bay Area towers.
Pasay proper and Roxas Boulevard
Ten to fifteen minutes depending on Macapagal.
Parañaque and Las Piñas
Worth the drive if you want this branch. Ask us and we will say honestly whether another is nearer.

Will my underarms match the rest of my skin?
No. The realistic result is several tones lighter and more even. Underarm skin is thinner and has a different history from the skin on your arm.
Does scrubbing help?
No, and it usually makes it worse. Friction is one of the causes, so scrubs, loofahs and daily whitening soaps add the irritation that produces the pigment.
Why do they get dark again afterwards?
Because the causes continue. Shaving, friction and deodorant do not stop when the course ends, which is why maintenance and a change of habit are part of the plan rather than an upsell.
Where exactly is the clinic?
