Bring a bare-skin photograph from a typical morning and note where new spots form. At the South Entertainment Wing clinic, that helps distinguish surface congestion from painful lesions that belong with a dermatologist before anyone plans a facial course.
Separate an event facial from acne management
A one-off visit can clean congested skin; it cannot change a repeating acne pattern before a weekend event. If redness would be a problem for a wedding or shoot, say so. The correct Pasay decision may be to postpone extraction rather than rush it.
What a session is like

Which kind of acne do I have?
Congestion, surface inflammation or cystic. That answer decides whether you belong here or with a dermatologist, and a clinic unwilling to draw the line is a clinic to leave.
What are you doing about the marks?
Brown marks and indented scars are different problems. Ask which you have before paying for either.
What changes at home?
Cleanser, sunscreen, night routine and how often you touch your face. A clinic-only plan stops working the week the course ends.
When do I stop and see a doctor?
Ask for the trigger up front. Ours is deep painful lumps, marks that keep forming, or three months with no direction of travel.

Can a facial clear cystic acne?
No. Cysts sit deeper than a facial reaches. That needs a dermatologist and usually medication.
Why is my acne worse here than it used to be?
Heat and humidity keep oil high all year, and long days under sunscreen and mask friction add to it. A routine that worked in a cooler place often fails in this one.
How long until I see a change?
Congestion improves in a session or two. Inflammatory acne takes months. Anyone promising faster is describing milder skin than yours.
