A facial in Makati costs from ₱699 to ₱12,000 per session in 2026. Express facial bars charge ₱699 to ₱1,599 for 15 to 35 minutes. A clinic deep cleaning with extraction costs ₱1,280 to ₱2,280. The dermatology chains start at about ₱3,000 for a cleaning, and their device facials run ₱9,500 to ₱12,000.
The spread comes from three things: how long you spend in the chair, whether anyone extracts your blackheads, and what does the exfoliating.
| Tier | Price per session | What you usually get |
|---|---|---|
| Express facial bars | ₱699 to ₱1,599 | 15 to 35 minutes in a mall: a cleanse, or a combo of two short treatments, sometimes with an ultrasonic scrubber. Good for upkeep between proper facials. Manual extraction is often not part of the menu. |
| Clinic deep cleaning with extraction | ₱1,280 to ₱2,280 | 45 to 60 minutes: an acid exfoliation that loosens the pores, then extraction of blackheads and whiteheads, sometimes with a diamond peel added. Packages of six run ₱6,400 to ₱11,400. |
| Dermatology chain cleanings and medical facials | ₱3,000 to ₱6,500 | Cleanings and light peels from about ₱3,000 per session at the large dermatology chains, and branded medical-grade facials at ₱5,600 to ₱6,500. |
| Device facials at premium chains | ₱9,500 to ₱12,000 | Multi-step machine facials that exfoliate, infuse and oxygenate the skin in one session. Priced per session, usually sold as a course. |

A ₱699 cleanse lasts about 15 minutes. A clinic deep cleaning lasts 45 to 60. Compare the price per visit, then ask how long the visit is.
Blackheads and closed comedones come out by extraction, by hand or with suction. A facial that only cleanses and hydrates will not clear them, however good it feels.
A scrub, an acid, a diamond tip or a machine. Acids and machines cost the clinic more, and the price follows.
Dermatology clinics price above aesthetic clinics, and both above facial bars. For active acne or a skin condition, a doctor's assessment is worth paying for.
Many clinics publish a lower first-session price or a package of six. Ask what the second session costs before you compare.
From ₱699 for a 15-minute express cleanse to ₱12,000 for a device facial at a premium dermatology chain, in October 2026. A clinic deep cleaning with extraction costs about ₱1,280 to ₱2,280 per session.
One that includes extraction, by hand or with suction, after the pores have been softened. An acid exfoliation or a hydro-suction facial both do this. A hydrating facial without extraction will not remove blackheads.
Express facial bars charge ₱699 for a short cleanse. At ICONIQUE inside The Peninsula Manila, the first session of the InTENsify hydra facial, which includes suction extraction, costs ₱995 when booked online.
Every four to six weeks for most skin, which is roughly how long the skin takes to renew. More often does not clean the pores better and can irritate them.
A doctor can assess acne, rosacea or pigment and prescribe for it, and the clinics use branded acids and devices. For plain cleaning and upkeep, an aesthetic clinic does the same job for less.
Some do: the express facial bars, several aesthetic clinics and the large dermatology chains, which publish one price for every branch. Many clinics publish none and quote by message.
Prices read from clinics' own websites on 16 October 2026. The large chains publish one price for all branches. Prices change often, so confirm with the clinic before you book.
