Eye bag treatment in the Philippines costs from about ₱3,000 to ₱110,000 in 2026. An eye facial costs about ₱3,000. Clinic eye treatments run ₱7,000 to ₱14,000 a session, tear-trough filler ₱25,000 to ₱50,000, and lower blepharoplasty surgery ₱35,000 to ₱110,000.
The price you need depends less on the clinic than on the kind of eye bag you have. There are four, and each one has its own treatment.
