Pico laser in the Philippines costs from ₱1,499 to ₱30,200 per session in 2026. Promotions and budget clinics charge ₱1,499 to ₱2,500, mid-range clinics ₱4,000 to ₱9,000, and the premium chains ₱9,600 to ₱21,600 for branded PicoSure and up to ₱30,200 for PicoSure Pro.
The spread comes from the machine, the area treated and what the laser is for: brightening, pores, melasma or a tattoo.
| Tier | Price per session | What you usually get |
|---|---|---|
| Promos and budget clinics | ₱1,499 to ₱2,500 | One session on the face or underarms, often sold in packs of four to eight. Check how many passes and which machine. |
| Mid-range clinics | ₱4,000 to ₱9,000 | Pico facials and pigment sessions per area, with six-session programmes around ₱36,000. |
| Pico tattoo removal | From ₱4,000 | Per session, by size: eyebrow tattoos from about ₱4,000, other tattoos from about ₱5,000. Most tattoos need several sessions. |
| Branded PicoSure at premium chains | ₱9,600 to ₱30,200 | PicoSure from ₱9,600 for the underarms to ₱21,600 for the face per session; PicoSure Pro ₱20,000 to ₱30,200. |
PicoSure is one brand; several other pico lasers fire in picoseconds too. Branded systems cost clinics more, and the price follows.
Underarms cost less than the full face, and the whole body more than either. Compare prices for the same area.
Brightening and pores need fewer sessions than melasma or a tattoo. Melasma also needs sun protection and often creams between sessions, or it returns.
A low per-session price often comes in a pack of four to eight. Divide the pack price by the sessions before you compare.
At our clinic on the lobby level of The Peninsula Manila in Makati, the first Pico Carbon session booked online costs ₱1,695 (regular ₱16,500): activated carbon plus fast laser pulses to clear pores and control oil. A visit takes 45–60 minutes including the consultation, with no deposit. See open times.

In October 2026, from ₱1,499 to ₱2,500 per session on promotion, ₱4,000 to ₱9,000 at mid-range clinics, and ₱9,600 to ₱30,200 for branded PicoSure and PicoSure Pro at premium chains.
From about ₱1,499 per session on promotion to ₱9,600 for PicoSure at a premium chain. Several sessions are usual.
It depends on the goal: a few for brightening or pores, more for melasma, and several spaced weeks apart for a tattoo. A clinic should say how many before you pay for a package.
Pico pulses are shorter, which breaks pigment into smaller pieces with less heat. Q-switched lasers still work for many cases and often cost less.
It can lighten it, not cure it. Melasma comes back with sun and heat, so sunscreen and a maintenance plan matter as much as the sessions.
